For safety and legal reasons we generally can't take hazardous materials such as wet paint, chemicals, asbestos, motor oil, fuel, or medical waste. If you're unsure about an item, just ask when you book and we'll point you in the right direction.

No. Our crew does all the lifting and loading — from inside the house, the garage, the attic, or the backyard. You just point, and we handle the heavy work.

We keep as much as possible out of the landfill. Usable items are donated, recyclables are sorted and recycled, and only what's truly waste is disposed of responsibly.

Interior tear-outs (kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, drywall), sheds, decks, fences, hot tub and pool-deck removal, concrete, and light structural demolition. We haul the debris away as part of the job, so you're left with a clean site.

When a job requires a permit, we help make sure the work is done to code and can guide you through what's needed. For larger structural jobs, we'll walk the project with you before we start.
